PETS Out & About

While here at the Perth Electric Tramway Society our volunteers are usually busy restoring or operating trams, we also make appearances at various events throughout the year.

In May we attended a volunteer information session ran by Whiteman Park management on 23 May. All the volunteer organisations within the Park were present with a representative from each group giving an informative speech about their organisations to potential volunteers. Several volunteer enquiries were made to PETS and if you are interested in volunteering, head to our volunteering page for more information.

We also attended the annual AMRA-WA exhibition which was held over two days on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June at the Claremont Showgrounds. The PETS stand attended as usual, under the care of Tony and Beth Kelly, along with several other PETS members. An excellent level of sales was achieved and we look forward to attending next year with an even better stand!
