Passengers with a disability are welcome on all our tram services provided that when necessary they have a person accompanying them who can provide assistance when required. Both the Village Mall and Pia's Place tram stops have a raised platform that is wheelchair accessible.Â
Please note that Mussel Pool tram stop and Village Junction Station tram stop require passengers to enter and exit the tram via steps. Some of our trams are not capable of using the raised platforms and require passengers to use steps at all tram stops.
Yes, those who hold a companion card are entitled to a discounted $5 ticket. The companion traveling with the holder of the companion card is entitled to a free trip.
No, the Bennett Brook Railway and the Perth electric Tramway Society are separate organisations.

The tram conductor will come to collect fares once you are seated inside the tram.
